INSIDE MOUNT: - Window width equals blind width. - Window height equals blind height. - Blind Width: 23" - Blind Height: 72"

OUTSIDE MOUNT: - Add at least 4" to both width and height. - Blind Width: 23" + 4" = 27" - Blind Height: 72" + 4" = 76"
